Social Media is imperative to your business’s success, but it’s not just Facebook. It is common to have a presence on more than one social networking site. And it can be challenging to balance attention to each site equally. In this case, a social media management tool can help.
A social tool can be a serious investment depending on your budget and needs. Luckily, through my years of experience, I have experimented with many social media management tools. So let’s look at my top 3 tools worth investing.
While I have tried and tested many different platforms for scheduling and maintaining multiple social media sites, I have worked mainly with Hootsuite, Zoho Social, and Sprout Social.
Hootsuite is the most popular and well-known platform for publishing content on multiple channels. Between its user-friendly layout and beginner-friendly features, it is no question that this is the easiest option. However, I have found it is the most problematic of the three. Without upgrading to higher pay plans, you are limited to the number of sites you can manage. Also, the connection between social accounts and Hootsuite get interrupted frequently. And when it comes to scheduling out content, dependability is essential.
Zoho Social may be a less known option but definitely deserves to be in my top 3. This tool is more suitable for intermediate users as the layout can be intimidating and is a more costly option. However, it offers better account management, analytics, and overall customization. Zoho also offers a more accessible interface for interacting on your multiple sites and messaging.
Sprout Social is my number one tool of choice for social media management. The interface is extremely user friendly. Whether you’re a beginner or an expert, the different resources are appropriate for small or larger businesses. Sprout allows you to track, filter, and analyze posts across a greater number of accounts. I have also had very few issues with connection which, as stated before, is so very important. It is the perfect one-stop platform for all things social.
With a designated place to create, monitor, and analyze your content, maintaining your social sites is less hectic and saves time. The right platform will allow you to post pre-planned content and align them with your business goals.
